@MIORIGAMI I know its over 1 year old. im still going to reply anyways :P could have a notched clutch basket, clutch springs could be weak or there is a some kind of restriction in the clutch cable housing.

I take it since this post is now 2 years old you already found the problem. my guess was going to be final drive gears.

@LV4InteriorDesign They might not be illegal but you may get fined if you use them on roads that have no snow or ice. We used to use them during the winter time down in Carrollton TX.
