I started Accutane Feb. 15th and it has done wonders for my face. Absolutely one of the best decisions I have EVER made!! I finished July 14th and have had the clearest skin imaginable.. I haven't seen skin like this since I was 10 years old.

I was on 30 mg Month 1 and 2, and have been on 60 mg since Month 3.

Unrefined Shea Butter (at night)
Cetaphil heavy moisture CREAM during the day (under makeup)
African Black Soap for cleanser (look up skin type and benefits with this soap before using)

BODY:

Unrefined Shea Butter (at night)
Oil of Olay Quench Lotion for Severely Dry Skin
The Body Shop Body Butter

ORAL SUPPLEMENTS:

1 400 IU Vitamin E capsules / day
2 Vitamin D + Ca + Mg capsules / day
4 1200 mg Fish Oil capsules/ day
1 Vitamin B complex / day

St. Ive's Apricot Scrub (once or twice a week for anti-blemish)
African Black Soap
