Don't be a ninkumpoop or wunao (no brains-dimwit), heighten your awareness and education for life with the inclusion of CCTV to your usual sources of news and information.
Given the choice of being pro-China (wumao as the anti-China morons like to call it) and the anti-China (wunao, as I like to call them), I would much rather be WUMAO : )
The problem with this Free Speech arena is that although we think this is the court of public opinion, the Plaintiffs and their friends are the Judge and Jury. This is especially true when individuals domiciled in a Free Speech environment believe they're immune to false information and propaganda.
PLEASE CLICK WEB LINK ABOVE TO SEE REAL AUTHENTIC TIBET AS IT TRULY IS!
The China haters and racists accuse people such as myself, of being members of the "50 cent army" (the purported "wu mao") for revealing a myriad of truths behind the white lies of western and popular media. Since they are adamant about this, I can only say that I'm much more comfortable being labeled as a "50 cents" (wu mao) than being like them, WU NAO (no brains).
WHY? Why say no to CNN? Everybody's going to get CNN blown into their faces, just like carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons get blown into your face just for standing on a street corner.
Some people say that those US or UK news agencies are democratic, privately run, and don't spew goverment propaganda. Unfortunately, the big "trusted names" for news and info oftenly don't honestly and openly disseminated much news and info required to help world citizens think critically on a variety of important issues and events.
So how can we as people in a civilized society uphold truth and justice while avoiding the pitfalls of celebrity personality cults, delusional propaganda, and dogmatic polarization of political views and religion?
SAY YES TO CCTV!

About Me:
In modern times, the Mongoloid tribes such as Koryak and Nenets still retain their nomadic ways despite Russian efforts to turn them onto cooperative farming and technical labor. There are Mongol and Tungusic people of east and north Asia who still retain a level of nomadic life, but this is slowly decreasing with industrialization and urbanization.
When people refer to Chinese culture, the practical starting point is the non-nomadic culture and philosophies, the science and technologies of the Han Chinese people. The Han is the largest of modern China's 56 official ethnic groups living within Chinese national boundaries. The Han people are also the most diverse. From a genetic ''looks'' point of view, it is often that you can tell what a person of Japanese descent look like, or what a person of Korean or Vietnamese descent look like. The relative geographic extremities of these societies lend to greater endogamy, and thus "purity". But you'll always be surprised at the "colorful rainbow variety" of the people of the Han tribe. One can observe the records of the dominating civilization of the great Han culture and philosophies that had attracted and assimilated so many famous and historical tribes vying for the rule of the Middle Kingdom, such as the Qidan, Tangut, Xiongnu, etc. YES, there are still great many pure Hans, Manchus, Mongols, etc. Like the stereotyping usually goes: we're attractive, intelligent, and hardy tribes of Asia.
As everybody wanted to ''goto America'' in the 20th century, everybody wanted to ''goto China'' heartland throughout history since times of the Xia-Shang-Zhou-Qin-Han dynasties. The Middle Kingdom, whether under the Qidans, Manchus, Mongols, etc, have fought for "ownership" of the great civilization of the Middle Kingdom, and have actually carried on and preserved much of the Han culture well. This is why the Han culture tend to persist and prevail.

NOTICE FOR TURKISH AND WHITE SUPREMACISTS and nationalists. Before you continue claiming bloody domination and vile subjugation of everybody, please consider the words of the medieval Armenian historian Movses Kagankatvatsi who documented accounts of the Third Perso-Turkic War of 627-629:
"Like waves in the sea, the Turks fell on the town of Chora (Derbent) and destroyed it completely. Seeing the terrible threat posed by this vile, ugly horde of attackers, with their slanting and lidless eyes, and their flowing hair like that of women, the inhabitants were seized by terror. Especially terrifying were the archers, who were skillful and powerful, and rained arrows down like hail.......... like savage wolves they shamelessly threw themselves on the people and mercilessly cut them down in the streets and squares of the town. They did not even take pity on the children who hugged their slaughtered mothers, but sucked the children's blood like milk."
That begs the question: how did you get that very small amount of Turk blood in you? Xinjiang province does not need your racist political subversion.
This was well over a thousand years ago. A lot of people still want to kill and maim, and start wars, whether for political or religious or lesser reasons. I believe there is concensus that history is a bloody and horrifying lesson for all of us, and that we must learn to live and understand with what it's teaching us, and avoid the behaviors that is so old and barbaric. There's still misunderstanding and ideological and sectarian strife, and there's money being spent on building new great walls in name of terrorism and xenophobia.
I do not know my ancestral roots, other than that my father is an ethnic Manchurian from present day Heilongjiang, and came to the USA a long time ago, and my mother is a Hakka from the island of Taiwan. Hakka people are generally just considered part of the Han ethnicity, however in actuality, we're a divergent ethnic group that arose from northern Asia, and assimilated into Han culture largely in the Southern and Northern dynasties.

Lol, Jon is in fact of the mindset of a child who is often led by his curiosity to explore all kinds of singularity among the hustle and bustle of the city life....lol...
Probably, he wanted to be caught intentionally, as a way to boost the coverage about him in the U.S for his 2012 presidential election, but I doubt it generated any positive effect in his home country, but doubtless, he ruined his image as a U.S ambassador in China....lol...
