I've got the same motor but with 4900 max RMP at 120 volts in a windmill with 28" blades. We had a 30 mph wind and while I was metering it only got up to 15 volts! 120 volts/4900 rpm = 0.0244 volts per rotation. You'd have to have 614 RMP to get 15 volts. In the 30 mph wind it was turning way fa...
