@adamresyk2112 i agree with you on the vaguely religious ideas throughout hinduism, but as far as yoga goes, its not magic my friend its a science. raise your kundalini -> free your mind. Kundalini yoga, check it out, but be careful and dont do anything you cant perform perfectly. blessings

@southstar999 i hear you, im not a big fan of snakes either but it represents 1- the Kundalini Shakti, the divine female serpent of Light that awakens consciousness, and 2- the jiva, the individual soul that is always with him. theres more symbolism than that but that is the main significance. 1
