Stephanie A. Swinton founded Sass Entertainment Consulting in 2006. Our mission is to provide training, tools and opportunities for inspiring artists to recognize their own potential and reach their personal goals in the entertainment industry. The team consists of Stephanie A. Swinton is the CEO/Founder and consultants, Teri S (a business owner/partner) also Owner and Founder of "TSS Enterprises, Inc."; involved in the entertainment industry for over two decades, Cynthia E. Swinton has been involved in the industry for two decades and is an owner of her own business "Fisherz, Inc.".

There is a huge market for this type of venture, mainly because there has not been an organization such as this since the days of Motown. It is now time for SEC to emerge in the marketplace and when successful, we will be the source of the world's most affluent entertainers. Through training in music (vocal and instrumental), dance, and drama, we will prepare local aspiring artist to meet their destinies.

Making a company like this available in an area with such talented people will be we way we keep our artist fresh and new. In the future we will venture off and maybe open another office making our services available to others, but the foundation will remain in this area. Like the days of Motown I want artist to be able to audition and have a chance to be heard and this company will be their ticket to their dreams. There are no other inner city companies offering this type of service. We will be the first of many to come, therefore we will be certain to remain fresh in our approach to reach and prepare as many artists as possible for a future in entertainment.
