As for my homeland Makedonia, some people may get confused with the term since there is a Former Yugoslavian State with the same name. This state consists of Slavo-Bulgarian residents that have imported the Hellenic term of Makedonia to depict their land in southern Yugoslavia and after stealing and transporting the name of the Hellenic region, they are now trying to steal the history of the most famous Hellenes of Makedonia, such as Philip II and Alexander the Great.
This is not a joke, some people are indeed trying to steal another nation's history while becoming the laughter of the entire academic society.
