For Mouse3 and Mouse4 I have permanently attached the "key trainers" to them. I was unable to discern which was which using my index finger, before I did this. It is less attractive but more functional, and makes pressing them amazingly quick.

@vhulheim Librarians are easy to cheese with throwing knives and pathing errors. Lots of weapons break the game's difficulty.

About 1:10... I don't think the player got scared there. The camera jerks automatically when the scream happens. It's the character you play, Artyom, getting scared.
