I purchased the new Self Defense DVD (volume 1) and found it a great value. The presentation of warm-up material, basic stances, and self defense techniques is thorough and clear. Also, the photographic quality is excellent. I hope there will be many additional volumes in this very useful series.

Abuama, this is an excellent demo, and your embedded commentary was great. Did the man who came late and without gi actually learn his lesson? Did he at least wear a protective cub to the demo? Otherwise, your comment at 8:47 might become true.
