Street quotes are critically important in journalism. Not only do they illustrate (emphasis) "relevance", but they are also a great way for the reporter to selectively editorialize while still appearing objective.

The problem is that if you want to use this kind of armor but don't own a d30, there's some hardcore DMs that won't let you substitute a d10 times 3 (though since this isn't in the WotC Core, they probably wouldn't let you use it anyway).

Let me say - I for one thought this was an excellent movie IN ITSELF. I think it would be a great retrorealist-retrofuturist remake - perhaps as an episode of Firefly?
