i like playing more glass cannon-y with rabadon's, lichbane, and mejai's as core items and cooldown reduction as a priority. got me a quadra kill pretty recently because of the cooldown reduction, and the more ap you have, the harder you are to kill with a shield that absorbs 1000 damage.

its actually still possible to have 100% dodge (unless there's a hard cap): 6 ninja tabi and dodge quints and seals with max CS is slightly more than 100% dodge

however, your damage will be shitty, but no melee damage except when they use sword of the divine =/

i find the best way to play AP sion in order of ability upgrades is death's W=Q>(e=r).

in other words, death's caress and cryptic gaze should be maxed before getting anything else, then upgrade r and e at an equal rate. late game, his e makes him so tough after a few minutes of farming minions XD
