When we look at the world today, all around us we see violence, crimes, sensuality, murdering of babies, abuses, vices, and other morally perverse happenings. It is important to know that this is just a product of a depraved society that has lost it's way. No morals, no values, completely estranged from their Creator - God Almighty. In the Word of God we are told in Romans 1:18 That the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness. God's Word tells us very clearly that sin will be judged and the nations that will not serve me will be utterly destroyed. Truly this fits the description of America and most other countries in this world. More abortions, more diseases, more sicknesses, continual increase in economic problems.

You and I are guilty too my friend. We have turned our back on God Almighty and his Holy Commandments and as a nation we are reaping what we've sown. We have glorified sensuality, covetousness, drunkenness, idolatry, sorcery, and even adultery and homosexuality.

God's standards are holy and every one of us are guilty of breaking His Commandments. There is not one righteousness, not even one. There is none that understands, there is none that seeks after God. We have all gone out of the way, and we are all together unprofitable. There is none that does good, no not one. The Word of God tells us that sin is a serious disease that only gets worse. When it speaks of those that turn against God, and have hardened their hearts, they will inevitably become more and more depraved. God's Word tells us that their mouth will be full of bitterness, their feet are swift to shed blood, destruction and misery are in their ways, the way of peace are not known. There is no fear of God before their eyes. These verses seem to clearly and accurately describe the moral condition of America and it's consequences.

There is a solution. We've turned our back on God, but God has not turned His back on us. He loves us, He's willing the death of none. His Word tells us clearly 'Look ye unto me and be saved all ends of the Earth, for I am the Lord God and there is none else.' Two thousand years ago the Lord Jesus Christ came down from heaven, God Almighty in human flesh. God's Word tells us, 'They shall call His name Jesus, for He shall save His people from their sins' He is the only one in who there is no sin, no failure of any kind. He was the holy spotless Lamb of God who came down here willingly to be a sacrifice for your sin and mine. For we are told in the Bible, 'Without the shedding of Blood there is no remission (of sin)' The Lord Jesus Christ was willing to take our place on the cross when He willingly gave Himself for our sins. The just for the unjust that He might reconcile us to God. The Bible says that He was buried, he rose triumphantly and victoriously from the grave. For he was delivered for our offenses and raised for our justification. God has been eternally glorified in the sacrifice of His Son. His majesty and justice has been vindicated. And now there is one who is ascended into heaven at the right hand of the Father. His words to you are, 'Come to me all you that are weary and burdened and I will give you rest.' Oh my friend, sin always promises freedom but always brings bondage. If you will just come to Him the way you are with all your sin, repent, and put your complete trust on what the Lord Jesus Christ accomplished on the cross, you can be delivered from the power of darkness and brought into the Kingdom of God with a new song in your heart. 'This is my story, this is my song, praising my Savior all the day long.'
