Let me start by saying all the Music in this video is owned and written by Metallica and is also owned by the WMG. I HOPE I HAVE MADE THAT CLEAR! (except for the last bit is the title of the tv series written by Michael Kamen "Band of Brothers theme") The two Metallica songs i used are "Damage Inc." and "One". The clips in this video are from the HBO series Band of Brothers. I DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS TO ANY OF THIS FOOTAGE OR AUDIO BESIDES BUYING IT, I ONLY USED IT. This video originally ran at about 13 minutes but due to youtubes new policy i had to make some very painful cuts to 10 minutes... Here is the orignial full version i found that some 1 posted on another website which also better credit to the band
http://cs.netlog.... Im going to repost it on google video so you guys can see it easier. I have always wanted to Make a video using WWII clips and One. I had also always wanted to make a video using Damage Inc as the intro so here we are!
I made this video by taking Scenes from the HBO series "Band of Brothers" and splicing them with two metallica songs and manipulating them to make a story. The clips were taken from Part 2 and Part 5 of the series.
Metallica is by far my favorite metal band EVER! and definitely one of my favorite bands of all time right on up there with Zep, boston, doors the list goes on. The two songs i used to make this film are, "Damage Inc." ("Master of Puppets") and "One" ("...And Justice for All").
I had always wanted to make a movie with Damage Inc. as the intro ever since i heard it as a little kid, so i placed it into this scene from "Band of Brothers" and it fit perfectly, so i rolled with it. I made this movie to somehow express myself, if you can understand that, i made it for fans, for fun; i enjoy doing this. I would like to dedicate it to all the brave souls that lost their lives in the chaos of WWII... especially all our boys from the 101st; and METALLICA! I plan on releasing it in a higher quality version soon and using all 1024 mbs youtube has to offer. So... if your a Metallica Fan or a Band of Brothers fan, Enjoy!
