I died several times when I did this part the first time. It scares the crap out of you, but you eventually learn his pattern. On harder modes, Croc just gets a lot closer to you. I never found a particular difference in difficulty of the game other than that.

They were considering putting X in the game, but moved him in favor of Zero because he has a variety of movesets and is more familiar with fans. I agree, Zero is an awesome character for the game. I wouldn't mind having a team of X, Zero, and Tron, though.

They brought in Shuma Gorath for Marvel and Jill Valentine (As seen in RE5) for the first DLC. I don't think X will be making his debut in the MvC universe any time soon.
