Melody, Harmony, Bass, Rhythm and Metre are powerful things - The right combination of the above along with other musical elements can create truly powerful music. Francisco Tarrega and Agustin Barrios Mangore were masters at this art in Classical Guitar, but doubtlessly there are others, such as Leo Brouwer, Heitor Villa-Lobos and Matteo Carcassi to name but a few.

Unfortunately, many of the great classical guitarists lived long before us, and today, classical guitar has slipped off the radar. Thankfully, classical music's influence on today's modern genres hasn't wained. Great contemporary composers such as Nobuo Uematsu based much of their work in classical music, and it shows in the new genres they progress, as they combine the core elements of music to create truly great pieces.
About Me:

I am predominantly a classical guitarist, but I also record for newer genres that use elements of classical guitar.

Hey! Jamie?
I'm presuming so, your name is hardly generic so I doubt I have you mixed up with a stranger!
Missing Young Scientist? :D
I was watching some of your videos, you are incredible at guitar, and I can now begin to empathise when you were talking about the emotion it can create!
I really like the "Rainy Day in Dublin" one as well, very representative of Ireland. Sunny days are overrated anyway! The background music is very apt as well as being beautiful.
Right anyway talk to you soon
