@Debecker Sure, we can protest, but ultimately, Congress doesn't have to listen. They make the rules, and if they decide to ignore the people, there's nothing the people can do about it. The age of government accountability is long over.

I do think there needs to be an improvement for AI adaptation. If a unit can't get to where it wants to go, it shouldn't just stand there rubbing up against the obstacle. This is the same problem with how forcefields screw up the pathing AI and make units start behaving like retards.

@magxsnyp3r Using substitution depletes the substitution bar instead of the chakra bar. The substitution bar regenerates, but not as easily as the chakra bar, and requires that you don't use substitution for a while.
