Why would someone bother to pause frame this just to look for bloody gir? I mean yeah, bloody gir is actually there, but for someone to spot it, they would have needed to be watching Invader Zim in slow mo. Who does that? As for the other bloody gir sightings, i can barely see him in any of them...
