Why was it viewed as a prayer ? Well perhaps the heading "School Prayer" ????? Perhaps because in the begining of the school, recitation of this "piece of history" was a daily part of the school day, until the Supreme Court put a stop to it.

NIA is not "trying to be martial arts", they combine many elements, martial arts being ONE of the included elements. I was introduced to NIA about 3 years ago, and I absolutely LOVE it, I had to quit my Jazzercise, because all that pounding was too hard on my knees. I get a good workout with NIA...
