2007: Norman Lowell in London (New Right Meeting)
Norman Lowell, Founder and Leader of IMPERIUM EUROPA! delivers a speech at the 11th New Right Meeting held in London on the 8th September 2007.
Norman Lowell, Safi Speech - 22 January 2005
Norman Lowell, artist, European patriot, leader of the Maltese based pan-European movement Imperium Europa, and one of the speakers at the New Right Conference that took place in London on 28th May 2005 was charged with inciting racial hatred by the Maltese authorities for an open air speech he gave back in January 2005.
The court summons which can be found on www.vivamalta.org (in Maltese, however discussion is taking place in both Maltese and English), charges Mr. Lowell under Criminal Code Paragraph 82A which states:
82A. (1) Whosoever uses any threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or displays any written or printed material which is threatening, abusive or insulting, or otherwise conducts himself in such a manner, with intent thereby to stir up racial hatred or whereby racial hatred is likely, having regard to all the circumstances, to be stirred up shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term from six to eighteen months.
The speech in question for which Mr. Lowell is being summoned for inciting racial hatred took place on 22nd January in Safi, a town in Malta that houses an economic-refugee camp. This document does not specifically state what his offending statements were, but that he is being summoned to show up for his inquisition on 9th June 2005 at the local Courts of Law.
What is interesting about this, is that it has taken almost 5 months for authorities to bring charges against Mr. Lowell. Oddly enough, at the same time the economic-refugee invasion season has started revving up into high gear in Malta. Malta, the tiny peripheral island nation with a hardy Latin stock just south of Sicily - approximately 15 miles by 8 miles in size [316 sq km] with a population of 400,000 people - gets an illegal African and Arab immigration (invasion) that is amounting to 50% of the native Malteses birthrate.
This has become a very dangerous situation that threatens Maltas survival and is causing a growing segment of the population to grow uneasy and has thus propelled Mr. Lowell at the head of the effort to rectify this illegal invasion which the leading parties refuse to reverse. It is for this reason that Mr. Lowell has become an increasing threat to the current corrupt establishment in Malta because of his continued and highly popular outspokenness together with an open defense of his nation and people against this non-white invasion.
Norman Lowell, the leader of the right-wing Imperium Europa was this morning handed down a two-year jail term suspended for four years after being convicted of three charges of racial hatred and one charge of insulting the President of Malta.
The cases happened between 2003 and 2006.
Magistrate Consuelo Scerri-Herrera also fined him €500.
Speaking outside the law courts Mr Lowell told reporters and a small crowd that: "this is a sad day, a very sad day for the Maltese. The lights of freedom have been extinguished. We are going back to the medieval ages. The media will be the first victims of the establishment since they have to be extra careful on how they report items."
