I am born to live
but programmed to die
to experience pain
and possibly love,
to flee from nature's storms
only later to find
comfort within
the endless blue sky

I am Homo Sapiens , Sapiens
the name means wise man
at least that is what i tell my self
as for my origins and future
that is yet to be explained.

And so I am a dreamer
set in the mold of reality.

It is not a stretch to believe that the Olmec civilization was spawned from West Africans. The similarities are too great to be "coincidence". There are linguistic, cultural, and genetic evidence to suggest that an elite African population existed during the time of the Olmec inception. Much of history is lost or forgotten or rewritten. Remember, Mexico owe much of its independence to 2 men who were of African descent.

Surely the Chinese, out of all people, would have had some record if they ever made contact with America. But they don't, no physical evidence, no mention of it in any of their most ancient texts. There is also no evidence in Western Mexico of there ever being any contact with Asia. No artifacts, no genetic presence, nothing. It wasn't until the Manila Galleon trade starting in 1565 when the Pacific Ocean was successfully mapped for passage that Mexico finally had round contact with Asia. Before this time, sailors didn't have a record of the Pacific's ocean currents to make a consistent contact possible. They had a way to get to Asia from Mexico but didn't know how to get back. So again, the China-Mexico contact theory is as outlandish as the Africa-Olmec one.

I see... Well anyway that still remains a speculation at best, the only pre-1492 contact that we have solid evidence to confirm is the Viking contact. As for the Polynesian theory another thing that is debated is in which direction the migration moved. Was it Native Americans who moved west and out into the Pacific Ocean to inhabit Pacific Islands such as Easter Island or was it Polynesians who arrived there first heading east and then eventually arriving at South America. Or did both groups meet in the middle? We still don't know, as I said, the evidence is severely lacking and we can't even make a plausible theory yet. All we have is speculations and debate.

From Scientific American, Novemeber 2011 issue, pg 38:

"In more than a dozen studies geneticists examined modern and ancient DNA samples from Native Americans... They found that Native peoples from the America stemmed from four major founding maternal groups -A,B,c and D- and two major funding paternal groups -C and Q... Only the Modern inhabitants of southern Siberia, from the Altai Mountains in the west of the Amur River in the east, matches this genetic profile." They also mention that the migration period was between 15,000 to 25,000 years ago. They found no evidence in these studies to suggest any other lineage that wasn't Asian, no Polynesian, no Austronesian.
