I am a Hip Hop journalist. I started taking writing seriously in high school and got my first major writing gig in 2004 with HipHopClub.biz. One year later, I started working for a local Hip Hop publication called inBox Magazine & DVD reporting the music scene in St. Louis and Minneapolis. Several months later I got my own CD reviews column in inBox called "The Grimm Report" under the pseudonym St. Louis' Ben Grimm.
