Following the second battle of Geonosis, a medical transport carrying injured clones drops all communications. On board Ahsoka and Barriss Offee find an infestation of alien worms from Geonosis that have made their way onto the ship, and have taken control of the minds of most of the clones. With most of the clones infected and the number still growing, Ahsoka and Barriss must find a way to stop the worms, get help, and survive a ship full of brain washed clones looking to do the same to them.
