This song never fails to bring a smile to your face . Those of us who saw the series first time round will remember those carefree days of childhood in the sixties. I remember many nights out ending with everyone in the pub singing this at full volume . Happy memories . God bless Davy .

Yes this is from Jimmy Dewars only solo album (Stumbledown Romancer ). Jimmy was in the band "Stone the Crows " from 1969-1971 before joining Robin Trower in 1972/3 . Check out Stone the Crows songs "Danger Zone" and "I need your love " and enjoy .

James Dewar my favourite singer . As you say what a range he had . When you see live footage of the Trower band he made singing look so effortless yet he always sounded perfect .

A timeless classic which brings a lump to the throat . Makes us all reflect on days gone by and hopes and dreams of our youth .

Fantastic piece of music sounding as good today as it did all those years ago in 1986 . Bruce Hornsby is one of the finest singer songwriters around and I will see him in Glasgow in late January 2012 . Last saw him around 20 years ago in Glasgow with Huey Lewis & the news as support .

I saw Robin and his band in Glasgow on 23rd Sept. Great show and was very impressed by Richard Watts singing and bass playing . I was surprised at first that it wasn't the usual line up but ended up really enjoying the night . Look forward to next tour .

Sounded ok . I thought on the night Richard Watts singing was first class and sounded dare I say not unlike Jimmy Dewar . Thouroughly enjoyed this 3 piece line up . Great concert .

Lesser known Trower album but still worth owning . I enjoy this one as much as the early classics . Jimmy Dewar's last work with Robin from 1983 . Great singer in the Pauil Rodgers mould . He should have been a star no question .
