@gymcheer44 yes it is! i learned it not from my coaches but from my friends dad who is a judge. it is only a deduction on bars though! i wear them on vault and floor and score in the high nines.

She has super long legs and beautiful lines. She is in fact only 5'1". It is so much easier to do gym when you are smaller like that. Once you reach the 5'6" and above height, it is much harder to perform big skills.

That's a level 7 bar routine in the code of points. As a level 8, you must now do a half on the low bar, bail from high to low, or straddle back from high to low. :)

I go to AGC, and I don't recognize this girl. I saw our 9's behind her when she was working on bars, so I think she is from a different gym. And are you asking if we had a coach named Paul? If so, that's a no.

Yeah, starting last year, switch leaps are no longer legalized in level 7. Just like double backs off bars aren't allowed in level 8 anymore...
