i heard that they are trying to fix this in the new patch of the game. Sorry that i'm not a nerd, but in a patch, do you download it, do you buy a new version of the game, and do you have to start all over again?

@kjellxd1 just feed on some one when they are sleeping to go back down to a stage 1 vampire so you can walk around without being shot at and you'd need to do that once a night to stay at a stage 1. then go to Morthal in the north and find this guy who i think is called Falion and he will talk you...
