Hello, viewer of my channel:
Yes, I know that my username is Slipknotmaggot262. I'd like to say that I made this account 3 years ago when I was actually into the band but I have very much grown out of it. I was introduced to the world of Black Metal and I have become interested with it deeply. Nu-Metal such as Slipknot was a starting point for myself when I was younger and now, I'm here.
I haven't made a new account because I have too much progress here, already.
I mainly listen to Black Metal; specifically Norwegian bands, Swedish, Finnish, American, Germany etc.
Burzum's music has connected with my the most. Burzum was where I started and I have branched off from there. Darkthrone Immortal, and Mayhem of course, followed that. And those are my roots within the genre.
Currently the one man project from California known as Xasthur, has become extremely interesting to me. I own most of what has been put out by Malefic and will be expanding my collection. His music is that like no other, and I respect him greatly. Along with this, I have become very into the French Black Metal scene Les Legions Noire. I hope to some day acquire some hard copy, official releases of some of the assorted bands in the LLN.
To me, actually liking a band means knowing the band practically inside and out as well as owning merch such as CD's or Vinyls. I take great pride in my collection of autographed Xasthur material as well as original issued (1st-2nd pressings) copies of some CDs. Including: De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas and Deathcrush (Both on Deathlike Silence" Morbid's Year of the Goat, Transilvanian Hunger and some others.
I do NOT support online downloads of free music. I purchase all that I possess of the music I listen to. My video of the improved collection will show this.
Even though I speak primarily of Black Metal, Depressive Suicidal Black Metal, and some assorted National Socialist BM, I in fact DO listen to other music. This includes, Hardcore Punk, Classical Orchestra, Gangster Rap, Death Metal, and a very few amount of bands out of the 70'-s and 80's such as Rush or Hendrix. But this is rare.
Feel free to leave a comment here. And if you must, insult my username as you please, call me a poser and all that good stuff, it doesn't bother me nor is any of it true. But that's fine, I understand that most of the viewers here are feeble minded, hard headed individuals.
I enjoy keeping a good conversation going and even better enjoy getting into a good argument when needed to.

The Norwegian Black Metal (and all others) scene has gone down the tubes ever since1993. I stick to the old original Black Metal from the time of Burzum, Mayhem, Immortal, Darkthrone etc.
