Hey, My name's Stephanie. Im 23 and live in the UK. Ive had a diagnosed eating disorder for 7years and issues before that. Along with an eating disorder i also struggle with BDD, anxiety, depression, self harm and suicidal thoughts/actions. I also have social anxiety where i struggle to talk (therapy is a blast!) literally some days i dont say a word.

Dispite all that I do try to spread as much love and smiles as i possibly can.
