I've been drumming for around 28 years off and on and I recently gave my acoustic drums a rest for the sake of my neighbors, I'm sure they need to sleep sometime! I picked up the Yamaha DTXtreme IIS as my new toy and I enjoy playing this kit almost as much as my acoustic. This kit has allowed me to record some very clean and crisp tracks which unfortunately cannot be enjoyed via Youtube, their flash encoder pretty much shreds the true sound of these clips, but nontheless gets the songs out there.
