Exactly it is not understandeable. This is the greatest Rock band ever after the 70ies Stones. It is a sign how sick our society is that such bands have not the fame they should have.

BTW saw yesterday the Black Crowes playing at the Paradiso in Amsterdam and they played 4 Stones songs. During "Thorn in my pride" they switched to a kinda jamming session of Midniht Rambler, though in Open G. But this was kinda highlight of the show for me.

Wish we could jam a little together privetricker. Am also a great Stones fan. You have the best covers in youtube. Learned a lot from you.

It wasn't Keef who made the song. Keef clinked out during the recording sessions because chord scheme was too complex. But nevertheless Keef is also my favorite guitarist of all times.

absolutely right. Clapton might be technically better than Keef, but Keef can make your burn much more. He can transport much emotion with guitar playing, Clapton can't do that.

Keef plays a lot in Open G, fact. But this one is one is originally in standard tuning. So privetricker is absoluetly right here.

Mick doesn't fit a guitar, but he always wanted to play a guitar on stage. I think that's because he always wanted to be as cool as Keef. Mick knew that Keef always was the cooler of the two.

Great Great Cover. Pretty good singing too. Buddy was simply great. Such a big influence on rock music. I am a big Stones fan and Buddy had a lot of influence on the Stones.

Phantastic Version ! Great playing and singing ! Buddy was so influental on Rock music. Unfortunately this is often forgotten today. The Stones version of that song is one of my all time favorites.
