My page expresses Honor in art to the Wudang and Shaolin schools of martial arts, but there are many excellent schools of Chinese martial arts. I don't have room to artistically place them here, but I honor them all. a list of every school I know of is at the bottom of the page.


my page is an expression of respect for meditation, art, history, martial arts, and natural healing. None of this will matter if there is no love in my heart for the Creator or my fellow people. What will matter is how well we live life on this earth. That will matter most in the end.

martial arts poetry:

Forward I go with thoughts like eagles wings I spread forth into the gentle breeze. Aloft I flow to soar with thoughts of success beneath my wings. wings whos shadow bears the good fruit of many things.
Above me there are those that travailed against all odds they dared to defeat the relentless foe. underneath the feet of believers I did see the enemy go.
let there be peace as I turn back against the sun, a mountain before me I did grasp the current of the ascending heat from below. Touch me not you who fails to see the light. For lo, even in darkness my wings find the strength to take flight.
The colors I see before me testify that dawn is near. My faith goes before me and with hope fulfilled the path is clear. My eyes scan far beyond the horizon of what can be done, it shall never be said of me jack of all trades master of none.
In humility I do dance in the wind throughout the day with those who share thoughts of life in the same way. I spread forth my wings into the direction of love. for love is the master that delivers all. where death has no power even if one should fall.




I am annointed, healthy, healed, delivered, blessed, free, prosperous, forgiven, favored, loved, redeemed, helped through Yeshua "Jesus Christ" and the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

wisdom begets discernment.


My all to the Creator of all who streches forth the heavens, layed the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him.

Please Do not practce martial arts without the help of a competent instructor. The art takes years and concentrated effort to learn. You may like it, but your body and mind has to have the ability to practice it.

In martial arts the objective is to keep it pure. The vow is that whatever is taught to take nothing out and to add nothing to it in this way it remains pure.
