you should upload your video when its done :) x
all you have to do is draw a picture and save it as '1' then, edit the picture a little (move the mouth, or the arm...) and then save it as '2' then, edit the picture again.. and continue like that untill you have a full cycle of walking, or speaking, or what ever.
theeen, put them in windows movie maker, and shorten them :)
