Skagit casting? Looks like someone is trying to whip the surface to a froth. Is the fish OK with that? Not so sure.

I've always been concerned that Skagit casting makes too much disturbance on the water. Maybe it works fine for steelhead on the Skagit, but don't try it on a Norwegian or Russian salmon river where you share the pool with other anglers. They would get upset I think.
