Student Entertainment Services (SES) provides entertainment for the SUNY Potsdam student body. SES is a Student Government Association (SGA) organization which receives its budget from students' SGA fee.
SES runs SUNY Potsdam's on-campus venue, Hurley's. Hurley's is located under the Lehman Dining Center. Hurley's hosts Thursday night Coffee Houses with a headliner and open mic at 7pm. Friday and Saturday evenings are full of entertainment starting at 7:30pm. Friday and Saturday shows are free for SUNY Potsdam students and only $3 for the general public. Entertainment ranges from live bands to comedians to magicians.
