S17 Records is the first music publishing house in the district of Sombor, it deals with known and unknown publishers too. The begining had been in 2000, when the independent Music Organisation S17 has been formed with four members, one of the members had been Young P as the leader of the project, further members were; Chaky MC, Jerry and Boana. At that time hadn't been much hip hop groups in Sombor. In the period from 2000 to 2004 appeared many groups of hip hop, and we had had new mambers. For example: Sortir, 3P, Dj Scout, B.F.D.H (V-Law & M The Best), Greenville (Klemenza & Dacha), OtpisaNY (Price & Quite), Croonah, Bonnie and much more others. At the time we had made 3 projects '' S17- All for one, one for all I,II, VIXI (Young P & Chaky MC)- " Grizi za svoje". Mixed and recorded in studio "Chardak. After the unsuccessful trial the Organisation S17 disintegrated as whole of Sombor's production too. The whole was stopped, Organisation S17 didn't work for a while, because some of the organizers were stopped it for an given period. Remained members was Young P, Sortir, Klemenza and Bonnie. In this year jointed new members: Massive and Kasper (W.N.N.) from Novi Sad, as members from another district. At the end of 2005, Young P started to collect members, but on another way. We opened the studio with the name S17 Records, and this is the predecessor of today's publishing house. This group with less members, started to work on the local radio station, started to organise concerts and appear in other cities. In the meantime the studio stayed without an office, where all the capitals were invested. In a short period, we found a new location and continued with working. The whole is functioning on the same principle, with more quality and more seriously then till the half-time of 2006. Projects are recorded in S17 Records.
