Also, the boss and battle themes from LK1 are missing. There are tracks with about 2-3 of the songs, but that's it.

In the LK1 OST the song for the intro movie isn't included. Would you happen to have it by any chance?

I Have put up a list of most of the Lost Kingdoms music for 1 and 2. It isn't exact but it helps. You can download the list from the description of the download video.

I finished the entire listing for LK1's OST.(If you want a screenshot, PM me, I can't link in a comment) Every track, at least my own collection, is in proper order with numbers and level/moment names. It was such a pain to do. LK2 is in just as big of a mess too. I got LK1's soundtrack perfected though, except for the ruined Boss theme track(Which I now have as Track 9), which is almost broken. I even tried to record the track myself off of Dolphin while running LK to replace it. This would have worked, but sadly Dolphin doesn't play the track much better, and the sound keeps skipping/tearing. So it looks like the only way known to man to get that track is to go buy a Gamecube, launch the game physically, then record it off your TV. I guess I will be the only one in the world with LK1-2's properly organized soundtracks though lol. I'm working on LK 2 now. This will be my last comment, as I'm not gunna spam up this profile forever when its likely no one cares anyway.

After enough hours wasted, my basic method has become to match the tracks by sound with the tracks listed in this profile here, done easiest by comparing length first, then listening to both. This quickly gives me the proper name for the track(Or at least something easier to use than useless tags like "m910R"), and allows me to name most tracks. I then compare them to the level order in a walkthrough for a somewhat accurate number listing. Finally I throw out duplicate tracks. But that's just a START on fixing these up...
