@996artichoke ive ridden both and the sportbikes are much more comfy. Im 6'2" @ 230lbs. just dont get a seat thats made of .500" styrofoam on ur sportbike LOL

@cobrachoppergirl I agree, for the typical bike owner- cracking open a high-performance inline 4 isnt as easy as making toast. but if you understand whats the reasoning behind the part placement on the bike- you see through the eyes of the engineers and dont get as PO'ed, ive found.
