@mingoreyes1 yes. don't let your ass leave the bench during the lift, but get a nice arch and squeeze your shoulder blades together. this will pull your shoulders back to help further prevent injury, as well as giving you a more solid base to support the weight and shortening your range of motion...

Id have to agree about the glass. Maybe Sam Adam's should become a glassware company. I love that glass far more than any of their beers. It's a great general choice if you don't have the specific glass that a given beer should be served in.
