There are two things that I am absolutely passionate about

1- Offering H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Excel)
2- Training and Competing (Marathon Runner / Triathlete)

A year ago I set out on a journey called a "90-Day Challenge"

I had no clue WHAT it was or even HOW to do it!

But I was determined to not only make a change in my own personal life...

But to Impact Empower and Inspire thousands of people from all over the world!

At the end of 90 days I had learned so much about myself and what is truly possible in life.

Because of my 90-Day Challenge I am truly blessed...

-I now receive calls from people from all over the world wanting to work with me, some asking for coaching while some just want to say thank you for what Im doing

-I Was contacted by top personal development speakers like Chris Widener, Professional athletes like Khadevis Robinson and Mike Hartman and top internet marketers like David Dutton

-I was asked to speak at various live events all over the country to talk to teens and adults about going after theirs dreams and accomplishing what they want in life

-I Was approached by Greg Norman to host my own international radio show and being able to work along with Byrant McGill, Sally Jessy Raphael, and Susaye Greene

I don't say that to impress you and I give God all the glory

I personally believe that I was blessed with these amazing experiences and opportunities simply because I DECIDED to take control of my life and CHOOSE to change!
