I started my weight loss/lifestyle change 5 months ago. I was 231lbs and around 27-28%BF.I'm currently 204lbs and around 19-20%BF. My goal is to reach 8% and my end goal is to maintain at 10-12%. My goal is not a certain weight at least not at this point.

@MrDarrenbell09 In order to lose weight you will need to count calories. Cal. determines weight loss & Gain. Find out your maintenance cal. then minus 250 or 500 or 1000 from it to meet your weight loss goal. I think cardio should be measured by cal. burnt & not time when weight loss is the goal....
