I think that the mikvah witness through webcam is not a good idea. I am not in principle against technology for Jewish law, the requirement is that the convert must completely immerse in the water of the mikvah, so that even one hair is not sticking out, the webcam might be missing perspectives...

Taking the "suffering servant" in Isaiah 53 to mean Moshiach, this disqualifies Jesus because it says that he will live to see his children. Jesus, according to the gospels, never had kids, so he can't be Moshiach.

A Jew for Jesus can still be a Jew, if he was born one or had a halachically valid conversion. They would just be committing Avodah Zerha.

If one has even a rudimentary understanding of the Torah, then one could never agree that the concept of Jesus as a messiah or a god is possible with it.
