The basket on the bottom is for supplies. The red clip is for when the stroller is folded up you can clip it down to stay together. Makes it easier to move around.

You REALLY need to put them in seperate tanks. They will fight and kill each other!!!!! Dwarfs can be in pairs, but not Syrians. You should also get a medium sized silent spinner. The water bottle looks like it up too high.
