About Rusty's Channel

I do compositions of the mario paint kind.

Though I guess my strength would be dickspeed (term (c) Karmajolt) plus the original soundset, I like to mix it up, and experiment a bit. Hope you enjoy the videos. :)

Right now, I'm sort of on a random basis, depending on how busy I am. I can release multiple songs in a week, or I can release nothing for a few months. I usually do what I feel like, which usually is VGM or Originals. Also because of this, I don't really take requests. I wish I could, but I'm so bad at completing them that I'd rather just not promise something I can't keep anymore. :P

MPC Inspirations
-------------------------
I could probably go on about this forever, because everyone inspires me in one way or another. However, I'm going to narrow it down to my main inspirations:

BrianLED: He is just so creative. His remixes are wonderful, as is his OCs. His normal compositions are great too. He's the main reason I started MPC (his contest).

Kacelano: After getting to know the MPC community a little more, I stumbled upon some of Kace's works, and I was in awe. They were better than the original songs. I later found out it was actually intentional, and that gave me my ideal to try to make my songs better than the original, rather than just mimic it.

Banjario: He always took on such epic songs, so it inspired me to try some and to try to push myself further.

Balloon: Balloon's creativity, and carefree attitude is a huge inspiration for me.

Johnfreeman: His expertise in volume control inspired me to try more songs with ambience/volume control vibes.

Adolfo: He, too, inspired me through his creativity.

Levus: He's just an all around great composer. Arranging, OCs, low tempo, fast tempo, you name it, and he can do it.

Namisphinx: They have shown that you don't always need 2000+ tempos to make something sound full. While I do like working with fast tempos, they've inspired me to do a lower-tempo song every once in a while, because I'm not afraid of losing quality by doing it anymore.

Guruxander6060 and Ultrathing: Both of these people put so much attention to detail in their songs, and are both two of the best at texturing their MPCs.

Dominoandreglisse: His ability to pack so much sound and detail into his songs was always mind boggling. It's something I strive for today.
