The RoughGuide2Me is a YouTube Channel I have set up to blog my life, everything from my battle with the scales, and pending gastric band operation, to my ongoing struggle with bpd (borderline personality disorder).

My Story...

Unfortunately, I have struggled for many years with bpd, which is a serious mental illness and, as a result of poor mental health and lack of self control, for many years, my weight has fluctuated from 170 Ibs to approx 200 Ibs. and I have never been able to maintain a healthy BMI.

Despite my best efforts; weight watchers, slimming world etc etc... I have always been in the obese category and my cholesterol level is 7.6!!! Therefore, I decided to have lapband surgery to finally deal with this aspect of my life and gain control of my physical health!
