I tend to agree with you that a heretic spirit will not care about you or anyone else except themselves.
I personally think many of these churches don't know how to deal with loneliness and melancholy and blame it on the person living with it as a personal failure.
From my own point of view I look at Hillsong church and they way they posted on their website that depression was a sign of sin..
to me this is a perversion of the kindness forgiveness and understanding of human frailty that the bible really promotes.
the self obsession of the modern church and the way it is mouldered into the likeness of the world truly disturbs me and will be the end of Christianity if we let them hijack our religion..
