The hollywood cookie diet has way too much sugar! Almost 26 grams in the ones I bought. That will cause you to be hungry! I found R&D Diet Cookies and they really do eliminate hunger and cravings. They only have about 1 gram of sugar and don't have any sugar in their ingredients.

I don't know what you have against a cookie diet. I lost 75 lbs using R&D Diet Cookies 3 years ago and I've kept them off! It was pretty easy and I use them occasionally to keep the weight off. Maintenance has been pretty easy too.
