Am 22. Januar veröffentlichen Bon Jovi mit „Superman Tonight" ihre 2. Single aus ihrem #1- Album „The Circle" und werden den Song einen Tag später bei Wetten, dass?! live präsentieren! Sänger und Kopf der Band Jon Bon Jovi über „Superman Tonight": „Superman Tonight" ist eigentlich ein sehr voyeuristischer Song. Er gewährt Einblicke in die Gefühlswelt einer jungen Frau, die sich nach dem Wahren und der Liebe im Leben sehnt, allerdings an den falschen Stellen sucht. Das Feedback der Fans auf diesen Song ist überwältigend. Ich bin überrascht und erfreut zugleich, dass die Leute sich von diesem Song so derartig angezogen fühlen. Darauf sind wir wirklich stolz.
