I like it. So many of these are full of skills the gymnast has not really mastered but they are there for showing off value. She has very good extension and execution and doesn't do things she cannot actually manage. Like it.

Didn't like it as I'd say it *describes* how to do this rather than *teaches* what to do. It tells you that you push up - OK, so if you can't then what do you do to fill the gap between now when you can't and the day you can? Reps is not the answer if you cannot do it at all!
