About Me:
Started practicing muay thai and karate at the age of 14, I slowly gravitated over the years towards softer approach to combat, with JKD concepts, korindo aikido and some wing chun.
After my army service, I got the chance to learn some northern shaolin, ba gua zhang and ling shu.
Lived for almost two years in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China - learned Mandarin and practiced chen taiji, a little yin bagua and whatever style people were willing to teach and share.
Back in Israel I was exposed in late 2007 to the first UFC(!) - and enroled into a brazilian jiu-jitsu class in february 2008...
I intend to further develop my skills for effective fighting, to compete, and to always get better.
Just got my BJJ instructor certification, (stopped teaching gong-fu two years ago, lost my belief in it) :)
27.2.10 - took 2nd place at the Israeli ADCC trials, under 77kg. Practicing BJJ for two years :D
22.6.10 - Blue belt :D
2.7.10 - Took third place at Israel's BJJ championship, 75kg, advanced division.

Unfortunately, I was unable to procure an 'opponent' from QJJ, however no challenge was ever expected. From prior personal experience, I know when pressed, they tuck tail and cower.
