First of all I'd like to justify the points where this vid fails by pointing that the fact this anime was destined to be paired with this trailer was the very last thing God made sure of before saying "It is good." The trailer might as well have been a preview for a live action Black Lagoon movie. That being said, I apologize for several of the specific scenes at the beginning that make no sense.
