I heard (and saw) Roy singing on the Perry Como show in the 1950's. He was such a gentle and humble young man and Perry really asked everyone to support this singer. Incidentally, Perry's version is also wonderful...so smooth and perfect.

I saw Perry sing this on T.V. in New York in the early fifties and have loved his voice ever since. I'm 75-years-old and have 'all' his records, discs and videos.
